1.Repair Services
1.1 No Fix, No Fee
If our technicians determine after diagnosis that your device cannot be repaired, you will not be charged for the diagnosis, pickup, or delivery. If any amount was collected in advance for such a job, it will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 7 business days.
1.2 Cancelling a booking
- You may cancel a booked pickup or walk-in appointment free of charge any time before a technician begins diagnosis.
- If you cancel after the device has been picked up but before the written estimate is approved, no repair charge applies; any advance paid solely for pickup logistics (if applicable) will be refunded within 7 business days.
1.3 Once a repair is completed
Repairs are a service performed at your approval against a written estimate. Once a repair is completed, the part is fitted, and the device is handed back in working order matching the approved estimate, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable — except where the same fault recurs within the 90-day warranty period, in which case it will be repaired again free of charge under warranty (see our Terms & Conditions).
1.4 Overcharges or billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate payment, amount not matching the approved written estimate), contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. Verified billing errors will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2.Refurbished Laptops & Devices Sold by Us
2.1 Dead-on-arrival / manufacturing defect
If a refurbished device you purchased does not power on or has a major functional defect not disclosed at the time of sale, report it within 7 days of delivery/purchase. We will inspect the device and, where the defect is verified, offer a free repair, replacement (subject to availability), or a full refund — your choice.
2.2 Change of mind
Because refurbished devices are individually tested, graded, and priced based on their specific condition, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the device has been collected/delivered and accepted in working condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of sale.
2.3 Conditions for a valid return
- The device must be returned with all original accessories, charger, and packaging provided at sale.
- The device must not show new physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modification after delivery.
- A valid invoice/proof of purchase from LaptopRepairWorks must be provided.
2.4 Warranty on refurbished devices
Refurbished devices are sold with the warranty period stated on the invoice at the time of sale. Warranty claims follow the same hardware-fault coverage described in our Terms & Conditions and do not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or issues arising after delivery.
3.Spare Parts, Accessories & Printer Consumables
- Spare parts (screens, batteries, keyboards, etc.) once fitted into a device as part of a repair are covered only under the 90-day repair warranty and are not separately returnable.
- Unopened, unused accessories (chargers, adapters, cables, bags) may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice and packaging intact, for a refund or exchange.
- Printer ink, toner, and cartridge refills are non-returnable once opened or used, for hygiene and quality reasons, except where the product is found to be defective.
4.Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- Completed repair labour where the device was returned working as per the approved written estimate.
- Devices or parts damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, liquid exposure, or unauthorised repair by a third party.
- Refurbished devices returned without original accessories/packaging or showing damage not present at the time of sale.
- Opened or used consumables such as ink/toner, unless proven defective.
5.How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us by phone/WhatsApp at +91 97000 09876 or email support@laptoprepairworks.in with your invoice number and a description of the issue.
- Where applicable, you may need to bring the device/item back to our workshop, or we can arrange a free pickup for verification.
- Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, or cash receipt) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider’s processing time.
6.Exchanges
Where a return is approved for a refurbished device or accessory due to a verified defect, you may choose a replacement of the same or equivalent item (subject to stock availability) instead of a refund.
7.Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The “Last updated” date above will always show the latest version. The policy printed on your invoice at the time of purchase or service governs that specific transaction.
